 "Frank Palmisano" Scrimshaw on mammoth ivory on ebony stand. The ivory art is mounted on bronze rods which elevate the art above the stand. The stylized chinese characters mean "Year of the Tiger," which is the year the subject was born. "Jim, this is nothing less than fabulous - it exceeds everything we expected.
