“Puffin”

Color Scrimshaw Pendant

A cabachon of ancient mammoth ivory with the black and color scrimshaw portrait of the beloved Atlantic Puffin.

Atlantic puffins live at sea most of their lives and while they fly through the air they also “fly” through the water, using their wings as paddles and webbed feet to steer.

They are the beloved mascot for everything from breakfast cereal to children’s books.

Chain and findings for this necklace are solid sterling silver.
